Roberta Jackson

Dr. Roberta Jackson is originally from Trenton, New Jersey. In her early adult years, she, along with her identical twin sister, led children’s Bible clubs in their neighborhood. After about ten years, God called Roberta into full-time ministry. Her first assignment was to Liberia, West Africa under the direction of Carver International Missions. There she taught English and Literature to high school students and English in the Bible Institute and Bible College. She also served as President of the Monrovia Bible College (issuing degrees in Theology and Christian Education). Roberta also taught Sunday School to children and shared Christ in several community sites. After leaving Liberia, Roberta taught first grade at Destiny Learning Academy in Philadelphia. She also served as an assistant and acting Director of the school. Roberta’s next assignment was briefly with Child Evangelism Fellowship Inc. here in Philadelphia, reaching children in various neighborhoods, churches, schools, centers, and even some in-school training. Most recently, Roberta served with PACE Ministries in Nyahururu, Kenya. There Roberta served as a Coordinator of technical courses in the high school. She also developed and implemented a discipleship program for the school children. Roberta is now serving with CEF of Philadelphia County, Inc., looking forward to how God will use her to continue reaching children for Christ. Roberta counts it a privilege to serve. Roberta is currently a member of Christian Stronghold Church in West Philadelphia where she is also active in ministry.
